David Allen Brooks appears as a bad guy in the episode "Hear No Evil" which aried on the Sci Fi Channel November 9, 1999 at 7 pm Eastern Standard Time. 

His character appeared in the first scene, and was named David Brooks. How creative.

I have to add that this episode has what is probably one of the best still shots I've ever seen of David. (Not counting some incredibly delish con shots)  He's in a police uniform in a black and white photo that Jim and Blair are looking at. All right, I'll admit I'm partial to uniforms, but can you honestly blame me?

Also, this episode marks the first of two known times when DAB co-stars with Jamie Rose.  In this, she plays a laywer, or a cop.  Something like that. (I wasn't really paying attention to her ...)  The second time, she guest starred in the "Babylon 5" episode of Crusade as Max Eilerson's ex wife, Cynthia Allen.  (That's the back of her head you see in two of the pictures - She's the red-head he's taking the gun away from.)
